By accepting a PEF quote you agree to our service terms and conditions.
Hire items availability and prices are subject to change prior to confirmation by us.
If we are unable to provide exact hire items, we will inform you and offer a similar alternative.
A retainer is required to secure items for your hire to be confirmed.
In lieu of bond, a photo ID must be provided (Drivers License or FNPF card).
Hire prices are not inclusive of transportation cost, unless stated in the quote.
Standard delivery and collection service applies for venues with direct vehicle access only.

Items are hired commercially, as such, expect signs of wear and tear.
All hire items are to be returned in the condition and packaging in which they are delivered.
Replacement costs for any damage to or loss of equipment must be paid in full upon return.
Delay in payment of replacement costs beyond 7 days from return date will result in further action.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all items are returned in good condition.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made for any reason within 7 days of your hire date will be 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations 8 or more days before your hire date will be refunded less non refundable retainer.
Cancellations made after items have been dispatched will incur a 100% Cancellation Fee.
Payments made on cancelled bookings will be issued as credit notes to be used within 1 year.

In person meeting/ Site Inspection: From $250 (Final cost depends on location)
Public Holiday & Sunday setup From $400 (Final cost depends event size)
Night setups: Standard Event Time: 6 - 10pm, Hourly surcharges apply beyond 10pm: $300 ph
RUSH bookings made within 24 hours of event day for setup $250
Administration fee: Quote + 1 revision: Free. Any revision thereafter $200 per revision
Event & Wedding Styling is our premium service, minimum spend: $FJD4,000 per setup
